Coordinator, Administration and Building Managment (RH2023-017)

CIRION BioPharma Research is looking for a Coordinator Administraion and Building Management to play a key role in the succession and growth of CIRION by maintaining various operational tasks.

Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, duties will generally include the following.

 Responsabilities
  • Maintain the smooth operation of administrative components;
  • Ensure the proper management of service requests related to building management and maintain an adequate inventory of shipping supplies and security products;
  • Ensure adequate lead time for the preparation of recipts / shipments with operations staff;
  • Ensure quality control of receiving / shipping documentation;
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 4 people;
  • In conjunction with the Operations Supervisor, ensure that the departments work is carried out according to the established frequency and schedules requested;
  • When necessary, collaborate with the Operations Supervisor in the identification of suppliers and in the performance management of operations and maintenance personnel;
  • Contribute to all other projects and requests related to the department;
  • Coordinate operations related to building management and certain logistical aspects in collaboration with the Central Laboratory department in coordinating the planning and preparation of materials for shipments, and the management of inventories of these materials;
  • Coordinate, in accordance with current policies and operational requirements, all work affecting the building, in terms of installation, moving and /or removal of equipment, instruments or furniture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or college diploma with relevant work experience;
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years of coordinating projects, activities and personnel working in a department related to building management and/or shipping and receiving services is essential;
  • Pertinent work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in an contract research organization (CRO) would be an asset
  • Communication skills in French and English, both verbally and in writing is an asset;
  • Dynamic, interpersonal skills and ability to listen;
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy and proactive, creatvive and have flexibility;
  • Excellent time and priortity management skills;
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to work with Microsof Office software, more specifically Word and Excel.
